week 4

The day we started our trip to pasar borong,a.k.a, the wet market.

Our purpose on that day is to observe the people there and decide who is our target social group.



Outside of the wet market,there is banner showing the direction and detail of the wet market.

Customer have to pay RM 1 for the parking place.


We saw a lot of lorries at the parking lot.I assume the lorries are the main transport for the delivery purpose.

We have been separated into a few more small groups once we reached the location and start the observation to save the time.

The wet market is separated into few main categories which include marine products, dry goods, poultry and vegetables.


Form our observation,we found out that the target social group are mainly those parents who go there after they finished their work.

The husbands take care of the children or help to carry stuffs while their wive are busy doing the shopping.

The children who follow their parents to the wet market are around the age of 4 to 7.


Other than that, we found out that the usual peak hours of the market are normally during night and weekends after interviewing with one of the seller there.

After a the trip to the wet market, went back to do the reports.This is one of the page form the report we did.
